Sometimes it happens to make the wrong purchase or receive a damaged product.
In these cases we have a quick solution for you if you need to return one or more products.
We have created an RMA page to return products you do not want to keep, even if you have simply changed your mind.
Returning a product is very simple!
just land on https://airsoftmania.eu/a/return and fill in the required fields.
Once indicated the reasons to return the goods, you can send the request to us.
We will approve it as soon as possible, usually within 48 hours.
Please note we accept return requests sent within one week after receipt of the order.
